Art and wet areas

Having a demarcated location within each classroom or communal shared areas where art and craft materials can be stored and cleaned encourages pupils to be more accountable for the cleaning and tidying of their own workspaces after practical lessons. Often we can create wet areas from unused or wasted space, such as corridors. It is important to get the right balance (for your particular requirements) for tap, water and sink provision and we are not limited or weakened by the standardisation of mass produced and pre-determined furniture sizes.
We make furniture that will fit your needs and environment, fitted around existing pipe work, heaters and other structures. We manufacture all kinds of specific art storage units, craft benches & stools to create a practical but inspiring & creative environment. After completing a total refurbishment of Ouston Junior School’s art room Annette Tyrrell said “Ambic’s friendly management and workforce were happy to work around our busy schedule, easily contactable to make last minute changes and have completed the transformation, leaving a bright and modern environment for our children.
